Employee Attendance App offers a convenient way on your fingertips to track your employee's productivity in terms of their attendance, anywhere, anytime. It also helps to manage/view your appointments with visitors and check various attendance stats along with their punch entries.

Key Features includes

• Dashboard - Tracks your Employee’s movements and displays the count of Employees On Duty, Shift Completed, Yet to Come, Absent, On Lunch, On Break, On leave, Official Trip, Monthly Less Hours, Attendance < 50% and also displays the count of your Today’s Visitors.

• Recent Punches - Tracks employee's last known location, Time and Photo with 100% accuracy.

• Visitors - Displays the list of your Today’s, Future and Past Visitors.
- You can Add / Edit your visitors from here.
- You can cancel your Today’s and Future visitors.
- On clicking the visitor - you can view the details of your visitors like Name, Email, Visitor code, Their Company, visit purpose, their host, Visit start date / End Date.

• Attendance Summary - Displays a summary of your Employee's attendance. The summary includes the information of Employee Name, Code, Present hours, Present Days, Absent Days, Leave Days, Auto Out Days and Holidays / Week off for the selected month.

• On click on the employee - Shows the option of that employee summary / General / Recent Punch / Report / Notes. Under Summary, tracks that employee’s movements and displays the summary of that employee's movements. Under General, displays the details of that employee, Recent punches lists that employees’ recent punches, Reports provides the report of that employee per month, Notes provides information notes added for that employee.
