The MSDictionary program is an personal dictionary application that means you have to built your dictionary word by word.

You can increase words on MSDictionary with sharing library of the dictionary.

You can add words and edit, delete, search and more.
The application has not a dictionary database and you have add your words to MSDictionary and the application will record your first dictionary library.

MSDictionary has dictionary library sharing function to share your dictionary and improve dictionary word list.

MSDictionary has practice page.
You can see words which are you searched before, and check yourself to see do you know the meaning of the words.
If you know meaning of the word you press "True" button to remove word from practice list.
