mSHR旨在提供一個流動平台，讓註冊用戶查閱在香港醫院管理局的個人健康記錄，令他們更有效管理個人健康。
你可以利用mSHR：
- 查閱你的預約資料
- 在線或直接致電職員診所作診症預約、更改及取消預約
- 查閱你的藥物或其他過敏，及藥物不良反應紀錄
- 查閱你的放射診斷報告
- 查閱你的藥物紀錄
- 查閱你的化驗報告
這個程式的用戶必須持有
- 醫院管理局的網域帳號或退休職員帳戶，並已啟動人力資源應用程式(HR App) 的行動裝置；或
- 醫院管理局的eSHR戶口
