Een mobiele App specifiek voor WMO pashouders en, indien van toepassing, OV reizigers.

WMO pashouders kunnen een geldig mailadres doorgeven bij ons callcentrum.
Zodra dit bekend is, zal via “wachtwoord vergeten” een tijdelijk wachtwoord naar dat mailadres worden gestuurd.

Voor OV reizigers kiest u voor “account aanmaken”

Via deze App kunt u uw WMO vervoer boeken en beheren.
Daarnaast kunt u precies volgen waar een voertuig zich bevind dat onderweg is om u te komen ophalen.
