Intro
This is the first app which is able to provide you with a perfectly balanced and individualised personal training plan adjusting automatically to your body.

The Problem
Every person is different, has different goals and lives in different circumstances. So it is not possible to get THE plan which works for everyone, or even for most people.

The Dilemma
Normally you will try to create a training plan which fits best to your circumstances. That means you try to estimate how often you need or can go to gym. Which muscles you will have to train during your session. Very simple? No is not!

Split
To chose from thousands of training plans is nearly impossible. Splitting your training sessions into only two parts already generate problems. Which parts are best to train in which order? Upper body, lower body? Push and Pull? Hard or light training weights? On monday and thursday or one monday and then wednesday then thursday again?

Regeneration
By chosing wrong plans or doing your training wrong or too often it is very easy to get into over-training and then you get stuck and frustrated. And what if your live style does not provide you the possiblity to go whenever you want into the gym? Or you get bored doing the exactly same exercises in the same order again and again with suboptimal results?

Solution
This app is kept very simple for purpose, because it is in fact very simple to solve the best-training-plan-problem if you get rid of the imagination that there is something like a fixed perfect training plan.

How does it work
In the app settings you will have to set only one important parameter and that is the overall regeneration time of your muscles. This is a very individual number and you will have to find out by yourself what fits best for your body.
The app will then calculate automacitlly the optimal time for each of your muscles when they are ready to be trainied again!
