MSA Forward is the MSA’s annual retail conference and expo. Each year draws over 600 professionals from all over the world, representing non-profit, cultural institutions and the vendors who support them. This important gathering serves to educate and teach new skills and strategies from industry leaders, build new business relationships among peers, help grow businesses, and source new products and solutions from a diverse range of suppliers.
