As a triathlete using iPhone and Apple Watch to track workout sessions I was missing the one app, which would give me the following functionalities:
- Tracking of workouts via iPhone or Apple Watch.
- Connecting to Bluetooth sensors (HR monitor, Cycling Power Meter, Cycling Cadence Sensor etc.).
- Connecting to fitness machines (Concept2 rowing trainer, bike trainers etc.)
- Providing detailed insights for my training (heart rate, zones, pace, speed, power etc. per workout and per lap)
- Giving me statistics - thus quickly providing answers of how much did I run this month, how many meters have I ascended on my bike etc.
The key aspects of MUVIN are:
- It syncs with Apple Health and therefore it can track workouts just on iWatch using native Workouts app.
- It's completely free without any limitations. If you like the app, you can support further development by voluntary in-app purchases.
- It's private. All data are kept on the phone and are not being sent anywhere.
- It's without any ads.
- It has been developed out of pure enthusiasm and therefore can be altered according to your own need! Just write me what you would like to add that would help you in your training!
