ระบบห้องสมุดอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของการประปานครหลวง นี้ผู้ใช้สามารถยืมคืน หนังสือได้ โดยสามารถดูหนังสือที่ยืมได้ 4 เล่ม บนคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคล หรือสามารถดูผ่านบน มือถือ และ อุปกรณ์ Tablet บนระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS เช่น iPhone, iPad.
หนังสือจะถูกคืนอัตโนมัติ ถ้าครบกำหนดการยืมเพื่อให้ ผู้ใช้ท่านอื่นสามารถยืมหนังสือเล่มนี้ได้

MWA eLibrary is Electronic Library for Metropolitan Waterworks Authority of Thailand. Users can borrow and return books. Each user can view only 4 ebooks on PC , iPad and iPhone at a time within 14 days. The book will be returned automatically if meets 14 days after borrowing so that other users can borrow it.
