The new version of HEDNO’s app aspires to facilitate the customer service and simplify user experience. It has been designed as a modern, easy to use and functional app that provides direct access to the services you need the most, anywhere, anytime.
Specifically, the following capabilities are included:
• Create a user account and save supply numbers of your interest with the possibility of using friendly names.
• Report of a power outage/failure.
• Recall of an existing power outage/failure report.
• Overview of existing power outage/failure.
• Report of a dangerous situation in the electricity supply network.
• Submit a contact request.
• Submit a request for a new electricity connection.
• Submit a request to increase or decrease the power capacity of an existing electricity supply.
• Submit a request to check the functionality of a metering device.
• Granting or canceling a nightly tariff.
• Recall an existing request.
• Submit meter readings.
• View consumption statistics and history of meter readings (for up to 5 years in the past) and load profile graphs for telemetered supplies.
• Receive automated notifications for scheduled power outages.
Information about the functionality
• You can log in to the application through Taxisnet-based authentication, in order to access all the functionality of the application. Having authenticated, you can maintain your profile with the supply numbers you are interested in. If you do not wish to be identified by Taxisnet, then you can enter the application as guest and make use of limited functionality of the application.
• You can instantly receive notifications of general purpose or power outages in one or more municipalities/communities of your choice.
• To report a power outage/failure, submit a contact or a network connection request, withdraw any request or register meter readings, the use of the full name and a mobile phone number is required, to which an One Time Password (OTP) must be received and confirmed, before the final submission or recall of a request.
