The My Life Goals app is available for you to use as part of many of The Big Life group's services. Once you have a face-to-face relationship with one of our trained professionals, My Life Goals will be made available to you to allow you to:
1. Track your progress against goals set by you, owned by you and achieved by you.
2. Review the goals you've already achieved as you take control of your future.
3. Keep up to date with your face-to-face appointments with The Big Life group
4. Receive messages from your key worker within The Big Life group, alerting you to a wide range of things that will help you to change your life
During your first appointment with a Big Life Key Worker, they will explain My Life Goals to you, and give you a link to set up your account.
