HOW TO BECOME A USER

In order to be a user of this service, you need to have a mobile phone with iOS operating system (12.0 and higher) signing an application form and a contract of use services, with an open transaction account, after which you will receive a username and password (PIN) for logging in to the application. You can easily activate the My Lovćen mobile banking service in any branch of Lovćen banka.

To access the My Lovćen app, download the app from the Apple App Store. To log in, enter the username and password you received at the Bank branch when activating the service in the indicated fields. Pressing the Login button opens a screen with a field for entering the activation code that you will receive via SMS. After you have entered a valid activation code, pressing the Confirm button will open the home page of the MyLovćen mBanking application.
