MyStress is a tool to prevent damaging overloads and stress. The App is used in engaged and high-performing environments, which “stand out” and give the possibility to discover stress symptoms and cope with at an early stage.

When you download the MyStress App to your mobile phone or tablet, you will have a effective and easy way of following whether you are developing stress symptoms. During the day you can register if you experience being under pressure and you mark which symptoms this gives you. Furthermore the App will give you inspiration to choose, how you will cope with the pressure.

MyStress contains a calendar, which regularly shows on which days you have experienced being overloaded and in which degree the strategy, you have chosen to cope with the pressure, has worked for you.

You as a user must be aware of the fact that you in case of showing serious stress symptoms have the sole responsibility of seeing a doctor. MyStress will not warn you, when you should see a doctor. Should you have questions regarding your health, you should always see a doctor.
