With the MyTechCheckz App, user can run a simple and fast test on their device without having to make a claim first. The app will give diagnostics on a number of hardware issue that may arises when a device is damaged. Not only does this help speed up the process when claiming from an insurer but ensures they can test their device without fear of effecting the cost of their insurance policy. The user can create their own electronic record of the devices which the user can then refer to when any issues arise. User can also take advantage of a number of fun games to play included in the app as well as use the app as a hub to all of the MyTechCheckz updates via social media and website. User's can also send emails and make calls to MyTechCheckz to make a claim or for customer enquires.
