How to use the app
Make sure you download the app and enter the app before your appointment.
In your video consultation your clinician will ask you questions as they would in a physical consultation.
Your clinician may choose to use messaging. This will be sent to you securely and you will be notified that a message is waiting for you.
You will receive text and email reminders prior to your appointment.
