We're proud to offer our patient app.

With this app you'll be able to register and access your health data stored in RPMS. Capabilities include: requesting and cancelling appointments, review prescriptions and request refills through the automated CN Refill Center in Poteau, view details of Choctaw Referred Care referrals and much more!

At present, appointment scheduling is limited to those clinics that have been trained on the new system. Please be patient, as staff is trained, more locations will be made available.
