Shriram Leadership Academy was launched in 2015 by Mr. Ajay Piramal, Chairman, Shriram Group and Mr R Thyagarajan, Founder, Shriram Group.

The Academy defines the learning strategy and also delivers a range of customised digital courses for employees across different organizations of the Shriram Group, through an online platform myCoach. Powered by a state of the art technology platform our Learning Management System - myCoach provides seamless e-learning and mobile learning options.

What We Do

The Academy’s targeted learning programs, bring together theoretical knowledge with practical real world business experience and case studies, in the form of learning modules, which are customized to suit each organization’s business strategy and are available in multiple languages.

Online Assessments are taken by users after every module, to complete each course. The Academy conducts certification tests twice a year, at various locations across India, in multiple languages to evaluate the knowledge levels of its learners, and successful employees are certified by the Academy, and are recognized with faster career growth and incentives.
