What is MyConsultant?

MyConsultant allows patients to have video-call appointments with medical specialists, consultants in their field and have access to referrals and prescriptions.

How it works?

Once you download the app for free, it’s a simple process
1. Choose a specialty (if you’re not sure, one of our doctors will call you for free to suggest the appropriate specialist)
2. Choose the appointment that suits you with whichever consultant you want
3. The doctor will call you at your appointment time

If you need a medicine, the doctor can prescribe and offer you the medicine – it will be delivered to an address of your choice. There is no prescription fee, but the medicine has a cost that will be offered to you – cheaper than any pharmacy costs.

If you need additional tests, investigations, procedures or operations the doctor can write you an email of recommendation. This referral letter can be taken to your doctor, or any other local services of your choice.

Please note that our app is not designed for urgent situations or medical emergencies. In such circumstances, you are advised to dial 999 or attend your closest Accident & Emergency department.
