How the application works:
1. Enter the decision description. The initial status is undecided.
2. Select the decision and you should enter pro and con reasons.
3. If pro counter is higher, the decision should probe YES, otherwise the decision should be NO.
4. When you decided you should change status of the decision to what ever you decided.
