What is it about?

The MyEndo app hosts a mindfulness course for patients with endometriosis. Endometriosis is a common gynaecologic disease affecting 10% of women and an unmeasured number of trans and non-binary individuals. Mindfulness can be an essential component of treatment for this chronic disease, but is often difficult to access due to cost and local availability of experienced providers. This app was created to improve availability of our endometriosis-focused mindfulness course via a virtual platform, allowing for an improved quality of life when living with endometriosis.

Disclaimer:
The MyEndo app is specifically crafted to offer women diagnosed with endometriosis general information, support, and resources pertaining to their mental well-being. It's crucial to understand that while this app serves as a valuable resource, it cannot replace professional medical advice or treatment for endometriosis, nor can it substitute the need for clinical treatment. In situations of immediate need of medical assistance for pain management, severe depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts, it is absolutely essential to reach out to a qualified healthcare professional or contact emergency services in your country.
