MyFHAppointment is application for Fraser Health outpatients to register, view and manage their medical appointments on their mobile phones. When an appointment is scheduled, a hospital code and PIN code will be sent via text message along with directions of how to download and register.

The MyFHAppointment application has been implemented by Fraser Health as part of our commitment to patient and provider health and safety. The application will benefit outpatient safety and experience by:
• Providing the convenience of appointment reminders
• Allowing outpatients to safely manage and attend their medical appointments
