With almost every part of our lives being digitalised, it is time we change how we manage our residential buildings. Managing a building and community involves tons of activities and doing them manually is very cumbersome without smart systems in place. Outdated manual practices become even more challenging and they eventually lead to spending more resources thus creating room for inaccuracy and errors.

So, we bring myFlat to your service to digitalise your building management activities and automate repetitive tasks in an easy way. We provide a comprehensive software solution over cloud as a complete package to manage your building and community.

myFlat key features:

Maintenance Requests: Residents can raise maintenance requests, track and follow-up via two-way communication with building management from the app. With our Maintenance feature, never lose sight of any updates to your requests and you will be notified of every update.

Notices: All notices that are announced by the building management whether its strata alerts or agm meeting minutes can go straight into the resident app with a few clicks on the building management portal. Every resident then gets notified of them and they become accessible on the resident app right away.

Discussions
Start or participate in discussions with your residents exclusively or with your building management to discuss anything about your community.

Surveys: We know, all important decisions must be made collectively. With our Survey feature, management can organise a survey and residents can cast their vote with 100% anonymity.

Local Services: Plumber, Handyman, Babysitter etc.. play a very important role in our today’s lives and building management can onboard them through our platform and help residents access them for a job in their homes.

Landlord: If you own a unit and don't live in the building where myFlat is used, you can still use myFlat resident app and be connected to receive building updates to track any complaints being raised, access notices, participate in polls and many more.

Family or co-residents: On your resident app, you can have your family members or co-residents and make them part of the myFlat community to avail the benefits of the app that offers in your building.

Multiple properties: If you own / rent more than one unit in the same or other buildings where myFlat is used, then they are seamlessly accessible under one account on your resident app.
