My Learning Journey @ Abudawood is a new and unique company initiative that covers and supports Abudawood employees’ personal development in an engaging and exciting learning experience! This app covers all the aspects of the learning process from the preparation phase before the start of a course to the implementation phase to help you transfer these skills into a workplace environment.
 
The first thing you will see when opening this app is a path to managing your learning journey from the communication perspective of all the key events for your growth & development (Training dates, tasks, learning elements). These learning elements include articles to read, audio files, self-guided e-learnings, assessments, and much more.
 
You will also find some new icons that will hep you navigate through your learning journey.
“My goals”: all your goals including the current fulfilment level via your self-initiated “Action Tracker” - an action tracking feature is to help you set your own performance goals as a result of the learning event and track those to ensure successful implementation in the workplace. 

 “My chats”: all chat rooms are designed for a quick support with Q&As, exchanging ideas, exploring best practices and/or communicating with your trainers and peer groups

“My questionnaires”: all the questionnaires, interview guidelines and indicators are included in your Learning Journey.
