Let's pose a question to others whether they would recommend our product, service, book or anything else.

NPS method has been widely used since its first publication in 2003.

What is the essence of the method? Just ask a single question from our partners, customers:" How likely is it that you would recommend our product, service to others?"
The answers will be based upon a scale of 0-10.

How?
- fetch an iPad and place it at a busy area
- download MyNps application
- tailor the question and wait for the customers' responses
- run the report to see as to we are really good or we just consider ourselves so
