Traditionally, Residents have had to stick a physical permit in their car windscreen and buy a booklet of scratch cards for their guests. Each time a visitor would arrive there would be a frantic search for the booklet while hoping they wouldn’t get a parking ticket.

- Update your own permit in real time when you change cars or send yours to the mechanic
- Just pay for a Visitor permit when you need it, not a whole booklet in advance
