Take control of your medical information and access valuable health information when and where you need it with the free MyPrevea App from Prevea Health.

From the main screen of the MyPrevea App, Prevea patients can obtain up-to-date and useful information about Prevea Health. You can search for:
• Wait times at all Prevea Urgent Care locations
• Prevea doctors and other providers
• Prevea Health Center locations

In addition, you can quickly access your MyPrevea account off of the main screen to:
• View any of your confidential health information including lab and test results, as soon as they’re available
• Access a list of your medications and immunization records
• Stay in touch with your doctor and other providers
• Request and track prescription refills
• Request and/or manage your Prevea appointments
• View and pay your bill
• Access health information for your spouse, children or elderly relative (with proper consent)
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs

To access all these benefits, you must first create a MyPrevea account. You can do so at https://myprevea.com.
