App Store Description

“Myra” is designed to provide young women and men with unbiased information on contraception, family planning, pregnancy, delivery, sexuality, sexual health, STIs and anatomy.

A built-in “fertility tracker” can help determine the days in the month when a woman is most likely to get pregnant when having sex without any contraceptives.

A ‘More info and Help’ section provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions, Quizzes to test your knowledge and Links to instances that can provide help if needed.

Designed for individuals seeking information for personal use - this easy to use, accessible tool is also well-suited for community health workers.

After downloading, the app operates offline. It’s available for Apple, in English, Bulgarian, Romanian and Serbian.

Warning – the APP has content that may be considered as graphic and inappropriate for persons below the age of sexual consent.

The fertility tracker uses the ‘Standard Days Method’ as explained by the World Health Organisation https://www.who.int/rhem/policy/sdm/en/ most effective for women with an average menstrual cycle between 26 and 32 days.

If you do not want to get pregnant, do NOT rely on the fertility tracker as it can only provide an estimate of your fertile window. It does not give medical advice. Talk to your doctor or nurse to plan for pregnancy and find contraception that works for you.

With a password – you can control access to the APP.
