MySupport Clinic Hub App is a clinic support app designed to act as a gateway for HCPs to access the easypod connect platform and patient support materials.
Acting as a digital folder the MySupport Hub allows access to the digital tools and apps which support patient treatment and the easypod® system, in the one place. Connecting these all in one digital ecosystem allows the user to locate resources easily and to share them with patients, carers and colleagues via email.
Activation
To activate the app it requires an activation code specific to individual clinics. Should you wish to gain access to use the App please contact your local Merck representative.
The first-time a user launches the app, they will go through a “set up” process. Firstly the user has to input the clinic code provided by Merck. This will allow the app to download the correct information from the cloud.
The MySupport Hub app is developed and Managed by Merck.
