MyToolKit is a mobile device application for frontline workers in busy industries. The App provides workers easy views of their individual performance metrics plus innovative features to help each person improve their value to their organization, coworkers and customers. MyToolKit gives users a clear sense of how well they are doing at work while also encouraging better performance, enabling healthy competition, purpose and professional growth. MyToolKit provides users four (4) primary areas of functionality:

1. PERFORMANCE: This functional area provides users individual performance metrics – the data points used to evaluate workers and their colleagues. For example, MTK provides 1-tap access to customer survey scores, operational data, productivity, speed of service, job adherence, sales performance and more. Users see their performance trends over time and compared to others in their market or across the organization. MTK is a “self-coaching tool” by sharing the verbatim comments and feedback from customers they have served.

2. SCHEDULE: This functional area allows users to view and manage their work schedule; it is also connected to their manager in a way that helps the organization manage resources and respond to changes. Specifically, users can see when they are Scheduled to Work, provide and update their Availability Profile, request Personal Time-Off, and respond to Help Wanted requests from management to cover open slots that arise in real-time.

3. CROSSROADS: This functional area provides users access to special performance initiatives and incentive programs available specifically to them. Users can become aware of certain (e.g., seasonal) campaigns, register to participate, get program details, track their own progress, see what they have earned in any given program, and even view posts and kudos from their leaders. This area brings forward the unique competitions that drive performance, enabling the creation of teams of workers who can compete against other teams of workers based on performance metrics. This concept is enabled by MyToolKit.

4. INFO: This functional area enables users to maintain their User Profile and update contact information, app password, and more. Users can also view and manage their Skill Profile which includes accomplishments in training and certifications.

MyToolKit helps frontline workers perform their best by connecting them to the information, resources and exciting ideas needed to do a great job.
