Better understanding of fatigue contributors and associated risks enables the development and the implementation of effective mitigation measures, for example in terms of rostering practices.

The app provides a personalised summary of sleep timing and fatigue levels over your data collection period. A questionnaire also allows the user to determine his/her chronotype.
