Writing a Will doesn't necessarily require a professional, nor needs to be complicated or expensive. This app provides a free and simple way to write your own legal Will in a few easy steps.

Premium users can also enjoy the After-Death Arrangement (ADA) service. Our system will automatically notify important information such as passwords, banking information, insurance, funeral arrangements, organ donations, and much more, to your selected and most trusted personnel; everything after your death.

Premium users can send individual last words to your loved ones and friends through Video or Voice Message format, and even share important files or written messages to each individual. Make sure that your loved ones can still see your smile and hear your voice, even after your death with ADA.

• Send the last words (video/voice/text) and say “Good Bye!” to loved ones, friends or anyone at a pre-set schedule after the user passed away.

Subscription to Premium Service:
The subscription to premium service is for a full year. If the User subscribes to our Premium Service through in-app purchases, the payment will be collected via App Store (iTunes account). The subscription will be renewed automatically unless the User cancels the subscription at least 24 hours before the subscription expires. Users may cancel a subscription in the middle of a subscription period by going to your (iTunes) Account Settings, but the subscription remains paid throughout until the end of the subscripted period. There will be no refund as a result of the cancellation. However, Users may receive a partial refund when they upgrade their subscription to another subscription product at a higher level. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that service, where applicable.

If Users discontinue their subscription upon expiration of the subscription and fail to re-subscribe within 14 days thereafter, all uploaded files will be removed from our database automatically. There will be no way to retrieve those deleted files. However, Users may continue to enjoy our free Simple Will service in the app.
