The Navajo Font App was designed to allow users to enter common phonetic characters into iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads running iOS 8 or later. This app adds the ability to type Navajo directly into your device's text fields, including word processing/note taking, social media, and messaging apps.
The characters are arranged into four 4 keyboards. The first keyboard offers standard vowels, punctuation, and numbers. The second keyboard offers standard consonants. The third keyboard offers the phonetic vowels, punctuation, and numbers. The fourth offers the phonetic consonants. You can enable the standard letters, the phonetic characters, or both.
The Navajo Font app also includes installation instructions and directions for enabling specific keyboards.
