The NCAR.com car portal specializes in multimedia/3D reviews of premium- and high-class vehicles, and this App is a result of the site`s tests of multiple vehicles by Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Cadillac, Jaguar, Land Rover / Range Rover, Volkswagen, Chrysler 300 SRT, Ford Mustang, Jeep SRT etc.

This App allows you to measure most of your car performance tests:
1) 0-60 mph, 0-100 mph acceleration etc
2) 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile (quarter mile) and other drag-racing results
3) maximum speed achieved

Also your previous results are saved in history table with simple visualization.

Plus there are car news section available.

As for the car performance measuring, another feature is the unique visualization with color bars illustrating each "phase" of the speed or distance you achieve. This unique manner greatly helps to quickly understand the approximate speed/distance passed at first glance. This greatly improves safety while driving and makes the interface more intuitive.

More premium-cars related features are being tested now and will be released in future versions.

Though accuracy of measures greatly depends on the satellites signal and other factor, in most our tests the average accuracy of the app was over 95%, compared to professional Racelogic Vbox equipment used at the same tests.

Please keep in mind that due to limited satellite signal, the app might measure improperly when tested in tunnel, near high buildings and some other locations.
