4、该版本APP采用分权分域原则，运维人员可以查看负责的区域的 KPI 信息，站点的基本信息，设备的实时数据、告警、历史数据、配置参数。同时本 APP 支持订阅告警，告警推送功能（需要客户书面授权）。
