NewMind is a free health, wellbeing and sleep app designed by mining workers for miners and their families that provides evidence-based preventative tools to help get stress under control, measure and track wellbeing over time and connect users with support if required.

NewMind helps you to:

• Develop and sustain healthy practices to enhance physical and mental wellbeing
• Manage stressful situations
• Regain control of your emotions and thoughts during and after stressful situations
• Measure and track wellbeing over time
• Plan for and take action to be well
• Connect with peers, family and friends
• Get support when you need it.
