Neyborly Access App

What is it about?

The Neyborly Access App provides a seamless way for you to browse, tour, and access Neyborly locations. Log in to the Access App with just your mobile phone number, browse the collection of available spaces, and then access a given space with our Bluetooth-enabled Neyborly lockboxes. Before access to any space is granted, the Neyborly Access App ensures that the user has a valid state driver's license or state identification card and matches this document to a selfie picture. Once the user has accessed the Neyborly location, they can unlock amenities such as refreshments, space tutorial videos, or request a virtual support video call from the Neyborly customer experience team via an integration with the Agora SDK.
