In today’s context, every Celebrity or individual thrives to expand their business / fan base and increase efficiencies keeping the cost factor controlled. To drive this transformation the most critical factor is Engagement. It brings people together and negates isolation that humans cannot live without. When we live in an urban life, swamped in official duties, social engagement has deteriorated and communication has reduced. Today's social media apps did give us social engagement but never helped building a community of our own. They helped us follow our idols but never to actually engage with them.
