Niks

Finally! Now that life is coming back to normal, time to get out and enjoy your local bands. Currently we Sonoma, Marin and Napa have events listed, but if you are a band or a business that would like to list events and shows, we can help you get the word out. Niks is a free app that allows bands or venues to post upcoming events, updates and band samples from their details page.

Free for users and your favorite musicians! Beatnik is the first Nik of many to show up!

Features...
- Turn by Turn directions to event locations
- Favoriting a band or venue means that you can receive text messages with reminders, updates or big news. (ONLY favorites can text you, no one else, so be sure to allow text messages and if you don't favorite anybody, no messages)
- Music samples, audio or posted videos from the bands site.
- Contact information for bands.
- An events section that highlights your favorites and lists upcoming events in chronological order.

The app is ad supported. Once every 7 days, a video ad will play and that's it.

The app is new as of July 2021, tell any bands that we may have missed that there is a free way for them to announce events, instantly reach their followers and expand their presence.
