App Store Description
The Nineteen Eighty Five App offers a journey into the streets of Santa Cruz, California as documented in the graphic novel Nineteen Eight Five. You explore the numerous street art in our database from both past and present, as well as locations featured in the story.
Our ultimate goal is to open the App up to users, and allow them to upload and file their own graffiti and street art, and build this into a 'graffiti commons.' Since graffiti tends to be a very temporary art form, this App would provide a valuable resource for artists and fans alike.
The App was designed and based on the graphic novel series by James Reitano, and developed by Kevin Woolery.
