Nite Owl is a handy alarm clock that suggests your ideal bed and wake up times based on REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleeping phases so you won't have a bad night's sleep.

The application sets a reminder notification 15 minutes before your scheduled bed time to keep you mindful of getting a restful sleep. When you're ready, simply swipe the notification or open-up the app and turn the phone upside down and fall asleep, the phone will alert you when it's time to wake up.

Nite Owl has the following features:
- Bed time alerts
- Suggested wake up times
- Suggested ideal bed times
- Snoozing alarms
- Snoozing bed time alerts

More features like HealthKit support, motion-sensing and customisable alarm tones are coming soon.

WARNING: This application requires to be run overnight, please make sure you have your phone plugged-in during that time so your phone will not run out of battery power.
