Noir Caribbean Infused Food

Noir is the first of many, hopefully! We consist of a talented team of chefs collaborating to create next-level environmentally conscious dishes.

Our Menus are all homemade using the best quality ingredients, each dish is a celebration of hyper-seasonal British produce. Sourcing our ingredients close to home is key. Our aim is to support local businesses whilst providing Caribbean-infused hearty food made with love.

Our Story - Being brought up in large family gatherings was always the norm and consisted of loads of food and laughter. Food was always the "Healer!" I learned to cook by being in the kitchen with my nan and mom, after many years of experience I have managed to master many dishes and put my own spin on them which is why I'm here now. I feel that I am now able to showcase my years of experience and share my dishes with you all!

You won't be disappointed - the most satisfying feeling for me is hearing "That was delicious," "Can I have more," "When are you cooking that... again!"
