North China Table Booking

What is it about?

Table booking app for a Chinese restaurant, it enables the user to book a table at the North China Restaurant via their phone. By entering your name phone number, email address, preferred date and time you would like to eat and also the number of people that wish to eat into the form fields the New China will be sent an alert via email and the data will be logged into their database, this will be then followed up via a phone call from the North China to double check the booking details. Each Customer is given a unique booking reference. There is also a field for any special requirements such as any food allergies the North China need to be aware of, or any special requirements.
