NoteDlite

Finally, there’s a tool for the trainers and learners of hobby classes, sports, and extracurricular activities! Or for anyone that needs to keep media files (such as images, documents, audio recordings, etc.) organized.

NoteDlite makes it extremely convenient for anyone to organize notes that have media files such as images, videos, audio, and documents. You can then invite others to “join the class” and have access to notes and media files right away. NoteDlite also allows you to create private notes by locking the class folder.

ORGANIZE & SHARE
- Create notes and attach media files to share with everyone in your class
- Tag media files and search them using the tags
- Anyone in the class can create a note and attach media files, but others will only be able to see it when the creator of the class approves it
- Media attachment options allow you to take a picture, choose a photo from gallery, record video, or pick an existing video, record audio or pick an existing audio file, select PDF and other document files, and provide Web links
- Organize notes into Quick Reference and Self Learning that are only visible to you and no one else
- Everything is saved to the cloud, so you can access on multiple devices.
- Download important media into the app for offline access

COMMUNICATE
- Class creator can post Announcements which everyone in the class is notified about
- Class members can communicate via the Discussions option
- Trainers can assign homework, which too can include media files, and class members can then submit their work (again that can include media files), and then the trainer can grade the homework

BEYOND NOTES AND MEDIA
- Trainers can post and track fees payments made by the students
- Shared class calendar to keep everyone informed about the upcoming events
