Founded in 2005 by the support from Cambodia Government and the Republic of Korea, and under the ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia or NPIC is the chosen one to be the central of vocational training, higher educational training, and research and development. NPIC was opened officially on May 16, 2005 by the Prime Minister Hun Sen.

Located in Phum Prey Popel, SK. Somrong Krom, Khan Po Sen Chey, Phnom Penh, just 25 minutes from the city center, NPIC is uniquely positioned to contribute to, and draw from, the strength and diversity of this natiion-wide metropolis.
