This application make it easier for you to run this program by :

1) Automatically calculate the training weight for the current week based on your previous week's performance.

2) Allow you to run different variations seamlessly. You can do 6 day Squat this week and change to 4-day for next week.

3) Provide an easy way to log your isolation sets by simply choosing the exercises from the exercise catalogue.

4) You can log your cardio exercise in the app and its description.

5) You can import your isolation exercises from the package you had customised.

6) Countdown timer and notification make sure you wont spend too much time resting.

7) You can view all your workout's log in a neatly arranged way.

8) Edit rap range / percentage of training max and exercise of the template

9) Incredibly fast and lightweight app

This app helps me to become one of the strongest lifter in my gym and I have no doubt that you can become one of the strongest in your gym too with this app.

New trainer can start with 4 days template (LUCKY YOU this app shipped with 4 days template as its default template). If you think you like it then why not kick it up a notch by training 5 days or even better 6 days. I'm sure you'll like it.
