Smart time reporting that verifies that everyone is at the work place.
With Nuba you only need to keep the phone in your pocket to manage your time, and your administration will quicky have data for salaries and invoices.
If you have the need for a staff ledger it is built in to Nuba and requires no extra work.

It's important that reported time is correct. In order to help with that, Nuba has both time and location based reminders so that you don't forget to check in and out. It's also possible to be automatically checked in and out.

Nuba is filled with functionality to make daily work easier, such as: scheduling, writing notes, driving directions to locations added to Nuba, see reported time and much more.

Nuba is also a staff ledger, fully compliant with Skatteverket rules and regulations. You won't find a more user friendly and capable solution, without any additional hardware needed. Time and staff ledger reporting happens automatically, and anyone who is checked in at the location can pull up the staff ledger right in the app if Skatteverket pays a visit.


SIMPLE AND SAFE
Report time by simply checking in and out

* Automatic check-in and out, or location based reminders when you arrive at or leave a work location

* Location when checking in and out

* NFC tags - just hold the phone up to check in and out

* Write notes related to the work, such as work diary, reminders or information to an administrator

* Show the staff ledger - when an inspection occurs, anyone who is checked in can quickly and smoothly show the staff ledger in the app to Skatteverket personnel

* Get driving directions directly from the app

* Summaries about one's own reported time

* See work schedule in the app with reminder notifications


As administrator:

* Live status with map for each team member

* Notification when someone checks in or out

* Call directly to team member

* Add new work locations

* Other administration such as manage users, work periods, scheduling and reports is done through our web.


In order to use our app, you'll need a Nuba account. If your user account is created by someone at your workplace, you'll get an SMS with a password in order to get started.
