NUS Alert is the National University of Singapore’s Emergency Mass Notification
System. The alert system provides immediate and vital emergency information, as well
as urgent advisories, about the University to the NUS community.

Staff and students who download the NUS Alert app will:

- Receive urgent broadcast messages in real time via push notification if and when there
is a major emergency at NUS; and
- Be able to individually respond to alerts in an emergency in real time via the app, if
and when needed.

The NUS Alert app is particularly vital when SMS and email alerts are not available.

All NUS staff and students are strongly encouraged to download this app.
