During the Nutrition for Energy 6 Week Challenge you will learn:

- Carbohydrate periodisation around your training and carbohydrate requirements
- How to stop your cravings through healthy eating
- Learn what the microbiome is and what the microbiota does
- How to create your own healthy meal plan or a weight loss meal plan
- Learn how to be consistent with your nutrition eating a balanced diet that fully supports your training
There are four 8-10 minute videos per week and each video has a quick challenge or small action point that you will implement to improve your diet. This step by step process is easy to follow and will result in large positive changes that stick!
This video nutrition lecture series is full of nutrition facts and busts many nutrition myths. Nutrition for Energy explains the scientific nutritional information in an easy to understand format and uses food and meals as examples.
