What is it about?
The NSIGHT NVIEW app provides an easy method for utility customers to view the health status of their Neptune meter reading system. Collector Status, Found Meters, Missed Readings and Invalid Readings are all monitored to provide the user with an overall health score of their Neptune meter reading system. Additional features include system alerts for leaks, reverse flow, high usage and inactive usage events which have occurred. A convenient and powerful search feature is provided allowing the user to search the system by MIU, Address, Account or Name to easily obtain detail information about the resulting accounts. NVIEW's implementation of ESRI mapping enables the user to quickly locate an account on the map and view detail information about the account. This information can be easily shared in an email using the share feature iOS users are accustomed to using.
