App Store Description

NVPL 2019 - Welcome to the 9th Edition of Neelkanth Valley Premier League 2019.

Format: NVPL 2019 - Players Bidding & Auction
For the first time, NVPL will Auction Players.

How it Works?
Each Building (10 in total) will be represented by an “Owner”. An owner is a person, who will buy a team within which he/she will enjoy his/her brand promotions via channels across the event.

Bidding & Auction Format:
1. Every player would be categorized in “Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze” categories as per their last 2 years statistics.
2. Every category will have a base bid value as mentioned below:
- Platinum: 1.25 Cr. (1 Top Player from Respective Building – MVP)
- Gold: 1.00 Cr (Next 20 Players)
- Silver: 50.00 Lakhs (Next 30 Players)
- Bronze: 25.00 Lakhs (Remaining Players)
3. Every owner will be allocated a kitty of 10 Cr to bid for a minimum of 12 players team. Out of 10 Cr, maximum of 2.25 Cr can be utilized by the Owner to Bid for Compulsory 4 Players to be Retained from his own building available at the base price (Step 2). Captain to be allocated with in its 4 retained players – to be decided by the Owner.
4. The balance from the Total Retained Kitty Budget (2.25 Cr), would then be carry forward to the Pool Round Auction Budget (7.75 Cr + The Balance) defined as “Pool Round Auction Budget”.
5. With the “Pool Round Auction Budget”, the owner will then bid and compete with other owners to complete his remaining squad of another 8 players (making it a minimum 12 players team).
6. No owner can bid for more than 2 players from his own building – making it a maximum of 7 in-house players from his own building (4 Retained + 3 Bid).
7. Any Unsold player would then be categorized in its Only One Level Lower for the next round of auction. Example: If Player X from Platinum Category is Unsold in the first round of bidding, he will be categorized only to the next level i.e. “Gold Category”.
8. Minimum Age of a Participant in the Pool should be 14 Years Old (must have completed 14 years).
9. Each Category’s auction for the players will be carried out as per the Chit System.
