There are many evaluations that I perform on soccer players to determine the strength of their core. Many of them are quite surprised to learn that they are actually weak in the core area, even they may have the CR7 six-pack look of ripped abs. Let me make it very clear that there is a huge difference between looking good and performing injury free at a high level.

The core in football is the link between the lower and upper extremity that provides movement in a number of planes and angles. This is important, as the player does not only move forward and backwards. Ankle, knee and hip joint stabilization during kicking the ball and change of direction is the key movement that ties much of the player's body together.

In this app, we integrate with the health app (Carekit) to help you record and keep track of your recovery data (such as muscle soreness, sleep quality, hours of sleep, nutrition, exercises...) easily.
